Shipping & Returns

 

ILuvBuds.com is committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If any products are defective or damaged upon delivery the buyer has the right to return the product for a refund, assuming that we have been notified within 48 hours or 3 working days of receipt for exchange, or a store credit that can be applied to future purchases.

 

  • All returns must be received in original packaging, and resalable condition. A 20% restocking fee may be applicable. 
  • In the event that items are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us directly for instructions for either returning items at our expense, or to receive the correct non-defective items at our expense.
  • We will not accept products which have been used, been removed from packaging, or have been damaged after delivery.
  • ALL NOTICES of exchanges or returns must be made in writing; an email will suffice: orders@luvbuds.co.  In the event of a return or exchange of product which is not damaged or defective, we require that you return the goods to us at your own cost.  For sanitation purposes, all apparel purchased (included but not limited to:  Mens/Womens T Shirts, Mens/Womens Tank Tops, Snapbacks, Beanies, Pullover Hoodies) are considered final sale.  No store credit / exchanges / returns will be accepted for apparel under any circumstances.
  • In order to help with the return of your order you must obtain a Merchandise Return number (MR) by emailing orders@luvbuds.co within the cancellation period. 
  • Our return address is detailed on your original invoice. We will not accept, credit, refund or replace any return without proper return authorization.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Terms of return are below:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
